Big Move! Barry Griffiths, whose work led to the development of the Direct Alpha method of measuring private equity performance, launches his own research and consulting firm called Private Market Metrics, according to his Linkedin profile. Griffiths most recently served as a partner at Ares Management Corp, which he joined following its 2021 acquisition of his former employer, secondary buyout firm Landmark Partners.
