Douglas Haber has stepped down as managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners, the Boston buyout shop that has raised more than $25 billion since its 1974 founding and backed more than 150 companies.
Since joining in 2006 Haber has served as a director of 8th Avenue Food and Provisions, 1-800 Contacts, Bargain Hunt, CTI Foods, Fogo de Chão, Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp. and Party City. Haber earlier served in the industrials and natural resources group at investment bank Goldman Sachs & Co, where he was an analyst for two years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Mid-market private equity firm The Sterling Group, steward to such companies as Bad Boy Mowers and Frontline Road Safety, seeks to hire an associate to join its commercial diligence and strategy group.
