Former Greycroft HR executive Rony Kort has joined retail-focused buyout giant Leonard Green & Partners in the newly created role of chief talent officer.
Kort, who started at the Los Angeles-based firm in March, joins a staff of roughly 85 listed on the Leonard Green & Partners team page. We were unable to learn his new responsibilities. But at Greycroft, Kort led talent acquisition efforts for start-up companies backed by the firm, according to a Los Angeles Business Journal report from 2023.
